I am a fire of frith. My powers are peace, warmth and wellbeing, love, comfort and care. I am transformation.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The more you kindle me, the more fuel I gain \u2014 the brighter I will burn. Know this: your troubles, too, can feed my flames. Come to me. Share your concerns. Let me carry your fear, your weariness, your confusion, your grief, your pain, your sadness. Lay your burdens upon me, and I will turn them \u2014 into what you and the world most need: faith and frith, safety and solidarity, calmness and content.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come to me when you need to reconnect with harmony. Come for balance. Come to the frithgarth and empower me, the Flame of Frith, in your own unique way \u2014 and I will empower you in return. You will leave carrying frith, love, kindness, playfulness, courage, resilience, and laughter in your heart \u2014 and thus, you will return them to Midgard.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

Smelling the scents of the earth itself\u2026 hearing the singing of birds\u2026 feeling warmth of the sun touch your skin\u2026
Seeing all the colours of the rainbow in wild flowers\u2026
hearing the wind rustle through the swaying reed along the riverbanks\u2026smelling the water\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right before your feet trodden grass towards the river\u2026 looking up and seeing a path running alongside the river\u2026
to walk down this path\u2026 and let it carry you away\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The river bending like a sickle\u2026 part of a circle\u2026 the other half woodland on the riverside\u2026
Seeing oak, beach, willow, birch, rowan, elderberry, elm yew, ash, lime, apple\u2026
Walking through trees and shrubs over crackling withered leaves into the frithgarth\u2026
Fires flaring in a clearing\u2026 the biggest one in the middle, the Flame of Frith itself\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flames welcoming you with open arms\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Envision\u2026
Feeling the beat of the drums\u2026 to hear voices singing\u2026 to see frith weavers dancing\u2026
Finding yourself a place to feel safe\u2026 like in a hollow of an old tree\u2026
between the swaying reeds\u2026 on a bench next to one of the smaller fires\u2026
or joining the circle of people and spirits fuelling the Flame of Frith with drumming\u2026 singing\u2026 dancing\u2026 offering\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Know\u2026
Frith keepers always will welcome you in our frith garth\u2026 anytime you need the Flame of Frith\u2026 every time you would like to fuel yourself or the frith fire\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Envision\u2026
Inviting other beings in spirit to the frith garth and to offer them healing or company, harmony or connection\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All your (overwhelming) burdens, like pain, fear, anxiety, grief, loss or loneliness to flow into the fire\u2026 being fuel and to light up the flames\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The magic of fire transforming troubles into fuel\u2026 from fuel into flames\u2026
From flames into healing smoke of care and calmness\u2026
Persistence and peace of mind, warmth and well-being\u2026
The Flame of Frith to fuel our passion to fight for the earth\u2026
Our desire to commit to climate justice, social justice and intergenerational justice\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Envision\u2026
Trees rooted down deep in the ground, helping us delve into the other worlds\u2026
for knowledge\u2026 awareness\u2026 for courage\u2026 resilience\u2026 creativity\u2026
and balance for our Mother Earth\u2026
Winds carrying all this billowing in all directions\u2026 flowing with the water\u2026
Sparking the hearts of people with love and care for all living beings\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every time you pray, every time you hold a frith cord in your hands, every time you kindle a frith candle,
every time you visit the frith garth you fuel the Flame of Frith to flare and burn even more brightly.<\/p>\n\n\n
